My goal during my career is to move up the chain of command and go as high as I can achieve. The ICLD classes I believe will help facilitate that change by having the basic knowledge of how to become the best leader possible. I say basic knowledge because although I have completed X amount of hours of this training, leadership is always evolving, it’s always needed, and you have to continue to learn every day.” _ March 2019
